Our shipping and despatch prices and estimated delivery times -

1. Royal mail 1st class - £3.25 per order - free on orders over £40 (average 1 -3 days for royal mail to deliver.)
2. Courier delivery - £4.99.

Dispatch
We aim to dispatch your order as soon as it is received, however, due to peaks and troughs in our trade, particularly at Christmas, it can take up to 48 hours from receipt of your order to dispatching it. Our targets are set at 24hrs and we do everything within our capabilities to meet these. If we can not despatch you rorder for any reason with in 3 days we will let you know with in a few hours of you ordering and have systems in place to cope when we rarely have to do this.

Delivery
We use Royal Mail for our delivery service and send all packages on the Recorded Signed For service or Special Delivery, dependent on the size, weight and value of each order (lower value orders are sent normal 1st class). This means that your order is guaranteed to be received and is also insured against loss or damage. We also use Courier delivery for heavier items. We reserve the right to cancel any European deliveries which may contain items not able to be imported into your country or which are to heavy for our couriers.

Packaging
At ecogreenstore, we aim to use and re-use absolutely anything which is put in front of us as a potential packaging material. Your order will always be packaged up suitably for the order itself yet recycling other packaging is usually at the heart if it!

None deliveries

Every now and again an item does go missing with royal mail. This is a very very small percentage and does happen from time to time. As per Royal mail, they state a parcel is only lost after 14 days, after which it is classed and lost. We therfore ask to give your parcels a certain amount of time to arrive (we generally dont allow customers to wait the full 14 days as from experience if they dont turn up sooner they end up lost any way and resend the package again).

All returns are to be sent to our office at:

Please quote your order number and reason for returning the package so we can deal with it promptly.

Postage will not be refunded for cancellations after receipt and you are responsible for the return unless the fault is with us.  Buyers are responsible fo returns postage charges.

Re-despatch

Any parcels that need redelivering incur a surchare by our carriers and we therfore have to charge for receliveries for problems out side out control (including but not limited to: Re routing to a new address, Wrong address details charged, out on each delivery attempt etc.) The surcharge is £3.95
