Our primary focus is customer service and at ecogreenstore we aim to deliver a service that you have grown accustomed to and expect to receive when purchasing goods and services whether you are face to face,over the telephone or on the internet.

Dispatch
We aim to dispatch your order as soon as it is received, however, due to peaks and troughs in our trade, particularly at Christmas, it can take up to 48 hours from receipt of your order to dispatching it. Our targets are set at 24hrs and we do everything within our capabilities to meet these.

Delivery
Delivery throughout the UK is only £2.50 on all orders regardless of how much you buy. We use Royal Mail for our delivery service and send all packages on the Recorded Signed For service or Special Delivery, dependent on the size, weight and value of each order. This means that your order is guaranteed to be received and is also insured against loss or damage.

Packaging
At ecogreenstore, we aim to use and re-use absolutely anything which is put in front of us as a potential packaging material. Your order will always be packaged up suitably for the order itself yet recycling other packaging is usually at the heart if it!

In our existence we have:
- Succeeded in exhausting virtually all of the packaging used in the receipt of our goods in the dispatch of our goods.
- Never purchased packaging materials other than brown/kraft paper, parcel tape and delivery and sender labels.
- Utilised other packaging materials offered to us like shoe boxes, 2nd hand jiffy bags, bubble wrap, crepe paper, polystyrene of all kinds and shredded paper.
- Recycled all of our unused or unusable packaging received.

Damaged goods
Despite our best efforts to ensure that your order is suitably packaged, we do unfortunately have to sometimes respond to an item being damaged during delivery (this is very rare it has to be said).

If you should receive an item damaged in delivery there are a few simple steps you should follow to ensure that we can give you a replacement as quickly as possible, as follows:

1) Keep everything together (packaging and item).
2) Try to keep the label in tact as well the packaging.
3) If possible, take a photo or two of the broken item, and where possible, the packaging and delivery label inclusive.
4) E-mail the details of the damaged item and attach the photo’s with a description of how the item is damaged.

From this point we will be in a suitable position to advise on the necessary further action required.
