Meridian Cooking Sauce White Wine And Mushroom 350g

A creamy sauce with mushrooms, white wine & herbs where the ingredients are specifically selected for this recipe to be free from dairy products, wheat & gluten. The sauce can be used for a complete variety of cooking methids being suitable for meat, fish, vegetables and quorn, either accompanied with wheat free pasta or rice.

Preparation & uses: Heat sauce for 4 -5 minutes until piping hot & pour over cooked meat, fish or vegetables or quorn. Alternatively simmer or casserole with accompanimentt of choice until thoroughly cooked.

Store in a cool dry place.
