Clearspring Kombu 50g

Delicious dried sea vegetable arame is wild harvested great tasting food.

SKombu sea vegetable is most commonly used to prepare "Dashi", a verstile stock that can be used to make soups, stews and sauces.

To prepare soak an 8-12cam long strip of kombu in 1 litre of water for 20-30 minutes. Then bring slowly to the boil and gently simmer for 5 minutes. Remove the kombu and reserve it for cooking later with beans or vegetables.
