Organic sencha Japanese green tea.

Sencha is a premium quality green tea from the first harvest of organic young leaves in the spring.

Using the traditional Japanese process, the leaves are breifly steamed immediatly after picking and then carefully rolled and dried to capture their bright colour and fresh flavour.

For the perfect brew, allow one teabag per person, add freshly boiled water that has been cooled to 70-90 celcius and steep for 1 -2 minutes.
