Delicious dried sea vegetable arame is wild harvested great tasting food.

Sea vegetables have long been valued for their varied favlours, their versatility in use, and their natural goodness.

Arame's sweet, delicate flavour makes it an excellent choice for introducing sea vegetables into your daily diet. It is delicious sauteed with onions, carrots and tofu, or simply bolied after reconstituting for use in salads.

To prepear soak the arame is cool water for 10 - 15 minutes. Drain well and rinse briefly.
